What are the differences between the Royal, Romantic and Classic Roses? Is one rose better than the other?
The two main differences between the three different collections is the amount of roses in each bouquet and the type of greenery and fillers that are in the bouquets. Here is a sample of the differences:
The Royal rose bridal bouquet consists of 25 roses and is surrounded by Ruscus. The Romantic rose bridal bouquet consists of 18 roses and has Lily Grass intertwined. The Classic rose bridal bouquet consists of 12 roses and is surrounded by Million Star (which is similar to baby's breath)
The Royal centerpiece is very full with 20 roses and Ruscus, the Romantic centerpiece has 15 roses with the Lily Grass intertwined and the Classic rose centerpiece also consists of 15 roses and is surrounded by Million Star.

I need extra boutonničres and corsages to decorate with what can I do?
We do have boutonniere and corsage only collections! Thirty (30) boutonničres and corsages arrive intricately hand-tied, each is placed in a water vile and delivered in a specially designed box (you determine the number of boutonničres and corsages). All are assembled and ready to decorate the perfect spot for that perfect photo - the photos that you, your family members and friends will look at for years to come! Many couples have used the boutonničres and corsages in creative ways - in their cake, as the cake topper, tied to the cake knife, on the champagne flutes, placed in the flowers girls' hair, pinned to the ring bearer's pillow, tied in the arch - to name a few!

|
How far in advance can I order my flowers?
It is never too early to place your order! Ordering now means you lock in the low price you see today even if you’re wedding is a couple of years away (who else will hold prices for you?) Ordering now also secures flower availability and reserves your wedding date.
Please note that our design center needs at the very least 30 days advance notice of the delivery date of your wedding flowers.
If you wait for the last day to order you may find that your wedding day is fully booked so it is best to place your $200.00 deposit early!

How can I pay for my flowers? Is a deposit required? When is my final balance due?
We prefer payments by credit card but will accept payments by check when necessary. Check payments will require payment in full at the time your order is placed.
We do charge a $200 deposit. The deposit is like a reservation, it reserves your flowers for you since they are cut fresh and arranged by hand. And it reserves the price. Flower prices can change depending on the season.
Final balance payments are due 30 days before your delivery date.

| Questions About Receiving Your Flowers |
|
What do I do when I receive the flowers?
For the most beautiful wedding flowers, we recommend the following:
- Have someone be home for the delivery
- Take your flowers inside
- Place bouquets in water
- Put boutonnieres & corsages in the refrigerator (away from fruits and vegetables)
|
|
|
How are the flowers shipped so that they arrive in great condition?
Your flower bouquets arrive at your door in a very sturdy container, hand-wrapped comfortably so they do not move and swaddled with their own champagne bubbly-- flower food and water.
We recognize that receiving your flowers through the mail may seem new...but we have been doing this a long time for millions of customers. We shipped over 3 million flower packages last year.

|
Can the flowers be delivered to my wedding site?

How will my flowers stay fresh if they arrive before my wedding?
ProFlowers ships its flowers directly to you. This means they get to you faster and fresher than flowers typically purchased at a florist or store. Since our flower bouquets get to you faster, they stay fresher longer. To ensure freshness, we also ship the flowers with water.
Please do not place any of your bouquets in a refrigerator. All bouquets should be kept in vases with water for them to drink. Corsages and boutonnieres should be placed in the refrigerator or very cool area as long as they are kept far away from any fruits or vegetables and any blowing vents. Fruits, vegetables and blowing vents can negatively affect the life of the flower. We also reccomend that corsages and boutonnieres have their water tubes that they arrived in re-filled with water before placing them in the refrigerator.
